UVWUA Billing & Fees
The Board of Directors at their regular meeting on August 15, 2016, made the following resolutions to alter our billing practices. Minimum accounts which are currently charged $300.00 per year will no longer be afforded the opportunity to pay half by April 1st and the second half by July 1st. The minimum accounts will be required to be paid in full by the 1st of April.
The Board of Directors also reviewed the Associations practices for charging interest on past due accounts. On November 1, 2016 the Association started charging interest at a rate of 0.67% per month on all past due assessments. The interest will be charged on the first day of each month on past due accounts. This policy will apply to all accounts.
